These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between Brewrich Trading ("Company", "We", "Our") and the enrolling participant ("Student", "Client", "You"). By enrolling, accessing, or participating in any of Our programs, You irrevocably agree to the following:
1. Enrollment & Acceptance
1.1 Enrollment is deemed valid only upon receipt of full and cleared payment to Brewrich Trading.
1.2 Once enrolled, participation cannot be transferred, assigned, postponed, or substituted without prior written authorization from Brewrich Trading.
1.3 Any request for postponement of batch/class shall be considered solely at the discretion of Brewrich Trading. If the reason is not accepted as genuine, no rescheduling or refund will be entertained.
2. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
2.1 All course material, presentations, strategies, notes, software, indicators, tools, or content ("Confidential Material") remain the sole intellectual property of Brewrich Trading.
2.2 Students are granted limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access only for personal educational purposes.
2.3 Any reproduction, distribution, resale, recording, screen-sharing, password-sharing, or dissemination of Confidential Material—whether for free or commercial use—is strictly prohibited.
2.4 In the event of violation, Brewrich Trading reserves absolute legal rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings under applicable intellectual property, cyber law, and contract law.
3. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
3.1 All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, irrespective of attendance, participation, or completion status.
3.2 By enrolling, the Student expressly acknowledges and waives all claims for refund, chargeback, or reversal of fees.
3.3 Postponement requests are subject to the sole discretionary approval of Brewrich Trading. If declined, the Student forfeits the entire amount without recourse.
3.4 Absence, delay, or withdrawal by the Student does not create any liability on Brewrich Trading.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1 All programs are conducted for educational and informational purposes only.
4.2 Brewrich Trading is not liable for financial gain, loss, performance, or market outcome of any student after applying learned concepts.
4.3 Past performance, demonstrations, or illustrations are not guarantees of future returns.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 The liability of Brewrich Trading, whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Student.
5.2 Brewrich Trading shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
5.3 Students agree not to hold the Company, its directors, employees, or trainers liable for any claim beyond the course fee.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Student data (name, phone number, email, payment details) shall be collected solely for enrollment, communication, and program updates.
6.2 Brewrich Trading shall not sell or share such data with third parties, except when required under law or regulatory authority.
7. Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution & Bar of Remedies
7.1 This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India.
7.2 The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute shall lie solely with the competent courts and tribunals situated at Theni, Tamil Nadu.
7.3 Students expressly waive the right to initiate proceedings in any other forum, location, or jurisdiction.
7.4 The Student further waives the right to seek remedies through class actions, arbitration outside the agreed jurisdiction, or informal complaints to third parties.
7.5 Only individual legal proceedings, if at all, may be instituted in the jurisdiction of Theni, Tamil Nadu, subject to the prior written consent of Brewrich Trading.
8. Breach, Remedies & Enforcement
8.1 Any breach, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, resale, reproduction, or disclosure of Confidential Material, shall be deemed willful misconduct.
8.2 Brewrich Trading reserves absolute rights to sue, prosecute, and claim damages without limitation, including injunctions, compensation, legal costs, and punitive damages.
8.3 In cases of academic or financial misconduct, Brewrich Trading reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without prior notice.
9. Pricing & Non-Negotiability

10. Entire Agreement
10.1 These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between Brewrich Trading and the Student.

10.3 No oral or written communication shall override these Terms & Conditions unless expressly executed in writing by Brewrich Trading.
